Yancey Music Center is a family-owned, full line music store located in Ormond Beach, Florida. With over twenty years of business in the Volusia County area, we strive to provide the best products, services, and lessons in Central Florida. Our mission is to carry on founder David Yancey’s original vision: to help musicians be at their best, and to offer an environment for customers of all musical levels, from the beginner to the seasoned professional.
The Yancey family continues David’s vision today, by offering a huge selection of instruments, custom music lessons, repairs, extensive sheet music, pro audio, band, and orchestra rental services. Lessons: For the beginner, or as a supplement to K-12 orchestra and band classes, the hobby musician, and as a refresher to the advanced player, we offer lessons in individual or small group settings for many instruments. New and future students, please read our lesson policy contract for important information.
Rent to Own: Layaway plans are available for purchases of our instruments.
Audio Sound Systems: Ideal for churches, schools, and commercial businesses, we can install a high quality, professional pro-audio system. Please call for details, as each project is custom.
Repairs: From string changes to major repairs, our repair staff can restore your instrument to performance ready condition.
Event Services: Planning a party, wedding, or hosting a local festival event? We can provide you live musicians or PA equipment. Some local events stages we have hosted include the Main Street Live Art and Music Festival, Delandapalooza, and King of the Grill.
