Scott Salyer - Store Manager Scott was raised in Cincinatti, OH. He started playing guitar at the age of 15, but always had a passion for drumming. After starting his career at Mars Music in 1999, the store eventually closed down in 2002. Then after, he started working at Sam Ash in Cincinatti as a part-time drum sales associate. Scott eventually worked his way to management and was transferred to Sarasota, FL to be the Sales Manager. In 2011, he became the General Manager for the store. His interests include guitars, drums, girls, and collecting KISS memorabilia!
Ed Keffel - Sales Manager Eddie Keffel is a Brooklyn born musician who began his career in the United States Air Force working with telecommunications. After discovering his love of playing drums, he toured extensively in bands throughout New York, Texas, and Florida, eventually becoming a Sound Engineer for many touring bands, including Anita Baker and Usher. This led to a career with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines as the Senior Sound and Lighting Technician aboard a variety of cruise ships. Eddie joined the Sam Ash team in Brooklyn, opened the Atlanta Sam Ash store as the P.A. Department Manager, and is now the Sales Manager of the Sam Ash Sarasota store. Eddie is more than qualified to assist in all of your needs, including Pro Audio, Sound and Lighting, Drums, and Technology. Come in and meet with Eddie!
