Steve Toro - Store Manager Steve has been involved in music most of his life playing keyboards and trumpet and later on, Music Production and Engineering. He has owned his own recording studio and has many credits including a gold record. He is a 17 year veteran at Sam Ash. Starting out as a sales associate and quickly moving up the store ranks. He has spent may years in Sales Management as well as Operations. His specialties include, Music Technology, Recording Studio construction, Acoustics, and Integration of Equipment. Jim Gillespie - Sales Manager Jim's odyssey into the Music Industry began as a young kid assembling electronic hobby kits with his dad. He quickly learned it's all about the parts and components. During his college years, He worked his way into installing and wiring studios, clubs etc. and worked beside some amazing techs. The tremendous growth in Audio/Video industry led Jim to a new career path --the retail end of the A/V business. In 1992 Jim joined the Sam Ash Pro Team in NYC and several years later he was asked to join the management team at the Miami Lakes Store in Florida.
