R.J. Malloy - Master Luthier
I am a master builder of violins, violas, bass violins, guitars, celtic harps, mandolins, and electric instruments. Trained in the "old school" methods of hand working and varnishing, my instruments are prized for their tone, resonance and projection.I also have over a decade of experience in repair and restoration of stringed instruments. My years as a professional musician and my skill as a luthier have made me a favored set-up and repair expert for both US and international touring musicians.This past year I've begun work on a line of electric guitars and basses that are built around my patented ARS (acoustic reed system).
