The Kendall Conservatory of Music was established in 1972 by Joe and Earline Yeargin and was recently purchased by Carlos Avila, an employee of 17 years.

In its current size, the business employs more than 20 teachers instructing hundreds of students a week. In addition to private music lessons, students can gain performing and ensemble experience in a variety of genres. Master classes are offered regularly featuring local, national, and international artists plying their trade.

Other services offered include in-store repairs (while you wait) of instruments and equipment and repairs done by long-established professional technicians that pick-up, repair, and deliver all work.

Instrument rentals are offered through Kendall Conservatory via national partners (like Veritas Instrument Rental Inc) that offer rental services at price points that allow you to be able to rent-to-own instruments which can be cost prohibitive for most.

And finally, recording, mastering, and pro-sound services are available in many levels of finishing for all budgets.

The Kendall Conservatory of Music is a full complement music store focused on educating clients and fostering a growing community of musicians who will go on to create and innovate in the music industry.

At a fundamental level, the business is a music school with teachers who share their passion for music and will have a direct hand in developing their students from individual musicians to performing ensemble musicians.

Supplementary to the music school, Kendall Conservatory is a regional supplier for all that is Elementary, Middle and High School Band, Choir, and String program related. All of these activities drive demand for musical literature and the sales, rentals, and repairs of musical instruments and equipment in which Kendall Conservatory of Music will meet that demand with quality education, service, and the right products for our clients.
